I’ve trusted them for two trips now, i kind of regret not giving them a try earlier. Both times went smoothly with no issues, which made the whole experience really easy and stress-free.

We booked a Bali package through Luxury Escapes and it was worth it for the inclusions alone. Breakfast every day, airport transfers, a massage, and a dinner credit were all part of it, so we weren’t constantly paying extra once we got there. Everything was laid out clearly before we booked, and the hotel already knew about all the inclusions when we arrived. Overall, it was a easy trip and I’d definitely use them again.

I booked a Bali hotel through Luxury Escapes and the price was quite a bit better than most of the other places I checked. It came with breakfast and a few little extras as well, which was nice. Overall it just felt like a proper decent deal without any hassle

I tried to cancel my booking it was much harder than it needed to be. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but my standard is that the process should at least be clear and straightforward. The replies were slow, the steps weren’t really explained well, and the whole thing ended up being stressful. After that experience, I wouldn’t book through them again.

I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick, simple thing to sort out, but it ended up taking way too long. It felt like something that should’ve been easy was made much harder than it needed to be.

I get that availability can change quickly, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but this was frustrating. The dates looked open at first, and then after I clicked through, they suddenly weren’t available anymore. It ended up feeling like a bit of a time-waster. Would be nice if the availability shown upfront was more reliable.

Waited for the credit to show up, but it never did. Frustrating having to keep checking and not seeing anything.

In the end, I got the help I needed, which is what mattered most. The replies were useful and answered my questions, but a few of them took a little longer than I expected. Overall, still a decent experience.

Luxury Escapes does have some genuinely good deals, but using the website was more frustrating than I expected. The filters weren’t always clear, some pages loaded slowly, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic booking details. When I reached out or looked for help, the whole tone kind of made me feel like I was being talked down to, which didn’t help. It’s not a terrible service, but the experience could definitely be smoother and a bit more user-friendly.

Overall, things went fine, but I do think the pickup timing could have been communicated more clearly. To be fair, the process wasn’t a total hassle, but I was left guessing a bit about when exactly to expect the pickup.

We booked through luxuryescapes.com and the room was really disappointing. The photos made it look much nicer, but when we got there it just felt old and kind of neglected. The furniture was worn, there were stains on the carpet, the bathroom had this damp smell, and the bed wasn’t comfortable at all. I know hotels can’t always look exactly like the pictures, but for what we paid it just felt cheap, which somehow made the whole trip feel worse. Maybe we were unlucky with the room, but I wouldn’t book accommodation through them again.

The activities were fine, but they felt average to me. For what I paid, I was hoping for something a bit more fun or memorable. Not a bad experience, just not sure it was totally worth the cost

I redeemed my voucher without any real problems, though it did take a few minutes. Not exactly instant, but it worked fine in the end.

My refund did get sorted in the end, but it took a few days. I had to wait longer than I expected, and the waiting part was annoying. It wasn’t a huge issue, but still, it took a few days and I kept checking for it. At least it’s done now

I placed the order and everything seemed fine, and the updates were normal at first. The item itself was okay once it arrived, so no major complaints there, but after checking the delivery estimate a few times and waiting around a bit more than I planned, it did end up taking longer than I expected

I booked a hotel deal through Luxury Escapes and had a good experience!! The price details were mostly easy to understand, and I really liked that the taxes and fees showed up before I paid!!! The only thing was that one resort fee was listed a bit further down, and I almost missed it!! But overall, it still felt fair compared to other sites, and there wasn’t any big surprise at checkout!!! I’d use them again!!

I was expecting to have to double-check everything myself, because that’s usually how these things go, but the itinerary was actually spot on. No weird timing issues, no missing details, nothing that made me sit there wondering what was going on. It just worked, which was a relief.

Support did eventually sort things out for me, so I can’t really complain too much. But it took longer than I expected to get a reply, which was annoying. Overall, it was fine, just not as quick as it should’ve been.
